90 Days of Body Ecology Begins Tomorrow (Read Time: 1 min.)

90 days of Body Ecology begins tomorrow.  I'm going to do my best to record a daily video EVERY night... can't promise that I'll get one done every night but I'd like a video record of the transformation.  This isn't going to be easy.  I've tried this before.  I've failed this before.  What I can say is this: it'll be interesting... so join me on the ride.  Body Ecology Day 1 (tears as I think of giving up caffeine) starts tomorrow...
